This package
is the ultimate adult fantasy, which
we have created at our private villa.
As an individual, you would
be joining at our villa up to 5 other like-minded
guests to experience the ultimate adult fantasy
resort. This package is catered towards individual
reservations, for the more open-minded who likes
the idea of meeting other guests and sharing and
changing the girls on a daily basis. All your
fantasies could become reality here!
Our private villa has 6 air-conditioned
bedrooms, private pool, is just a few steps from
the beach, has internet access, satellite TV, hot
tub, a private staff to service you twenty-four
hours a day, and a car and driver available upon
demand. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at a
time.
Note: For those guests on a tighter schedule we
also have a 3 day/2 night Executive Package
available for $3,900.

Rates and Policies
Extra Nights: $1,900 (Executive/VIP),
$2,500 (Ultimate)
Minimum Stay:
Three (3) nights minimum stay is required unless
on a 2 night Executive or 2 night Ultimate Package
Rates:
Rates quoted in US Dollars and include
companionship, all meals and drinks and transfers
from/to the airportTipping Policy:
At our resort TIPPING is neither required nor
expected. A 10% service charge will be added to
your bill which will cover the girls. Plus an
additional $150 for the staff.
Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your
reservation by personal check or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of written cancellation notice, your
deposit may be applied to new reservations with at
least 30 days notice prior to arrival. Thereafter
deposit is forfeited. The balance is paid upon
arrival by personal check, traveler's checks or
cash.

groups of friends/business associates our villa
and some special ocean front properties can be
rented exclusively at an additional savings. We would gladly make you an offer for a customized
package once we have the specifics of your personal
wishes i.e. dates, length of stay, size of group
and number of companions requested. Click

Optional
services:
Boat charters (power or sail): $500 (rates vary
by boat)
Deep-sea fishing boat charter: $350 per day
Private charter (deep-sea fishing in the morning,
two dives in the afternoon):$400
Golf (18 hole course), green fees are $90 including
cart, caddy $10 (one of the worlds greatest)
Water sport activities (scuba diving, wind surfing,
jetskis etc.)
Horse back riding on the beach: $15 per hour
Airport limo pick up: $100
Helicopter service: $800 per hour
Private plane service (Cessna/Piper), explore
the island with your companion from a birds view:
$300 per hour
Visit the Spa with steam bath, stress massages,

length of your trip. Our jet
(Citation 2) has a maximum capacity of 8
passengers. The rate from Miami to
our island is $8,000 (one way), from
New York the rate is
